You can easily create scheduled tasks by using the tool - Scheduled Tasks.

How to use
Click 'Add' to create a new scheduled task.
Click 'Browser' to select a Mouse Keyboard Record File which created by Mouse and Keyboard Recorder.
Then set other options of the task, and click 'OK'.
